Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Harvell.
Order Processing
In-stock orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
During product launches, limited releases, sales, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer.
Shipping Times
After your order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier, estimated domestic delivery is generally 3–7 business days, depending on the shipping method and destination.
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Tracking
When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address or phone number provided during checkout.
Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your tracking number.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.
Please contact info@harvellusa.com as soon as possible if you notice an error.
Once an order has shipped, Harvell cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, service disruptions, or other circumstances beyond Harvell's control.
If your tracking information shows unusual delays, please contact us and we will assist with determining the appropriate next steps.
Packages Marked Delivered
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, first check:
- Around the delivery location
- With household members
- With neighbors
- With your building or property management
- With the shipping carrier

International Orders
If international shipping is available during checkout, customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Preorders
Products identified as preorders will have their estimated shipping timeframe stated on the applicable product page.
Products ordered together with a preorder item may ship together depending on the order.
