Cancellation policy

Harvell may occasionally offer products through preorder, advance-order, deposit, subscription, or other purchase-option arrangements.

Any special terms applicable to a purchase-option product will be disclosed on the applicable product page or during checkout.

Preorders

Preorder items are produced or reserved before standard inventory becomes available.

Customers may request cancellation of an eligible preorder before the order has entered production or fulfillment.

Once production, customization, or fulfillment has begun, cancellation may no longer be available.

To request cancellation, contact support@harvellworld.com with your name and order number.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that an order can be canceled if processing or production has already begun.

If Harvell cancels a preorder or is unable to fulfill the order, the customer will receive a refund for the applicable canceled item.

Subscriptions

If Harvell offers subscription-based products in the future, applicable cancellation instructions and renewal terms will be disclosed before purchase.

Customers will be permitted to cancel eligible subscriptions in accordance with the terms presented at the time of enrollment and applicable law.

Refunds

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.
